- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ of a banana
- 1 cup plant milk of choice
- optional toppings: sliced banana, strawberries, nut butter of choice
- Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, frozen blueberries, banana and milk to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into a jar or bowl and top with sliced banana, strawberries and nut butter.
