Hello! We created the Krafted Kitchen as a way to share our enthusiasm for a plant based, whole foods way of cooking and eating. We believe in the healing power of food and that every time you eat is a chance to nourish your body for better health.
Our recipes range from Paleo to vegan. They are always gluten free and use only unrefined sweeteners. We strive to use organically grown produce and utilize local farmers where we live in South Florida. Our husbands love to fish and often supply us with the fresh catch of the day. We grow our own lemons, limes and fresh herbs and we hope to plant vegetables in the coming months. At home, preparing meals and eating is most enjoyable with our family and friends! We want the flavors in the dishes we make to be just as memorable!
